We are currently hiring a **Material Handler/Stand Up Forklift Operators for a busy cold storage warehouse in West Milwaukee. **This is a day shift opportunity working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where team members play a key role in keeping materials organized and production running efficiently. Candidates with stand-up reach truck or order picker experience are encouraged to apply.
Shift Details
- Schedule:Monday - Friday
- Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Overtime as needed
Job Responsibilities
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
Fill orders and issue materials and supplies as requested
Must have experience operating
- Reach trucks
- Pallet jacks
- Stand up Forklift
- Order Picker
Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain inventory organization and material flow
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Perform general warehouse and material handling duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience
- 2 years of Reach truck, standup forklift, **cherry picker
**, **stock picker
*, or *order selector** **experience is required**.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to read labels, tickets, and product documentation
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks
- Ability to lift, push, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift in varying warehouse temperatures
- Must be able to work full-time, 40+ hours per week
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen
