Title: Technical - Warehouse Specialist

Bill Rate: $35.15 Hourly OTCA

Note: We are looking for someone with semiconductor test floor experience as it will help them in understanding their duties. They must also have inventory control experience as well as familiarity with shipping and receiving duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for hardware room inventory control check in/Check out process.
  • Maintain, inventory and control of offsite and onsite hardware.
  • Work with the various Client departments to receive and ship hardware to vendors and Client Offshore operation sites.
  • Assist and work with other team members and engineering personnel to ensure all paperwork is in proper order for shipment and generate appropriate shipping documentation.
  • Monitor hardware inventory and report discrepancies (damaged, missing items, etc.) when appropriate to Client personnel and management.
  • Work with other team members to resolve hardware issues regarding replacement or missing items.
  • Work with other hardware room personnel and Client's Shipping and receiving team to prepare hardware for shipping to various vendors for repair.
  • Work to help drive future improvements to Client's Test Floor environment.
  • Must be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast pace, team oriented working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficient with inventory controls (issuing, receipt and tracking)
  • Proficient with Shipping and receiving duties
  • Proficient with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • General administrative skills (paperwork, filing)
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiar with Planon / Salesforce inventory data tracking platforms
