    Purpose:

    Bioresearch Center in Worcester, MA is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join the Site Services team. The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for accurately performing a combination of manual and automated tasks necessary for inter- and intra-facility material receipt, storage, transportation, picking, packing, shipping, staging, and delivery of product that may be hazardous, temperature sensitive, or high value.     Responsibilities:
    List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope.
    Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain training, safety, GxP, and governmental agency standards.
    Accurately receive and inspect inbound product and materials for infestation, overages, shortages, and damage (OS&D).
    Respond to changing work demands, prioritize effectively, and maintain procedural compliance in a fast-paced environment.
    Sort, store, and distribute goods, including hazardous materials, in accordance with established requirements.
    Cross-train in multiple areas of the operation while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
    Assist and monitor activities across the Facility Services domain as needed.
    Support site equipment moves and disposals.
    Assist with site special events and related logistical needs.
    Provide coverage for site emergencies, including adverse weather, critical infrastructure incidents, and unforeseen operational disruptions, to ensure rapid response and continuity of business operations, including on-call and off-hour support.
    Provide monthly metrics and updates to the Supervisor.
    Qualifications:
    List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.
    High school diploma with a minimum of 0-2 years relevant experience, or Associate s Degree with a minimum of 0-1 years relevant experience.
    Driver s License.
    High level of data interpretation and problem resolution.
    Basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
    Strong decision making, interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
    Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced positive team-oriented environment, with moderate supervision an emphasis on customer satisfaction
    Capable to lift 50 lbs., and/or more with assistance. Able to bend, reach, stoop, climb, stand and walk for entire shift of 8 hours or more. Ability to work in an atmosphere range of -20 C to 30 C (-4 Fto 86 F).
    Operate various types of material handling equipment including but not limited to forklifts, hand tools and other devices operated in a warehouse environment while maintaining the highest level of productivity and accuracy.
