The non-exempt job classification is covered under The McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) and the contract’s collective bargaining agreement (CBA). Service employees are compensated per the prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits that are set by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Wage and Hour Division's WDs 29 CFR Part 541 and 29 CFR 4.163(f), unless otherwise modified by a CBA between labor and management.
Job Summary Under direct supervision, performs physical tasks to include inspection, processing, receiving, storing, selecting, and shipping MTE, materials, and equipment. Coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments and placement of materials within docking areas. Operates a manually controlled gasoline, electric or liquid propane gas powered forklift to load, unload, transport, stage, and store MTE goods and materials throughout the MTESC warehouse. Performs routine tasks following established guidelines.

Qualifications Experience: Two years of work experience with one year in the general supply field or logistics field. Desired: Advanced data entry experience. Skills: Must be able to read and comprehend supply related instructions, publications and apply requirements to job duties. Must be capable of entering data on computer forms and have basic computer skills Desired: Familiar with the Army or military Logistics Information Systems. Certificate, License, Registration, etc.: Possess a valid state driver’s license and applicable material handling equipment license.
Education High school graduate or equivalent (GED). Possess the ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions, perform common mathematical tasks, and communicate effectively.
