As Warehouse Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation preparation and Quality Control (QC)

of interactive kiosks in the warehouse, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. This role

involves ensuring proper hardware and software functionality, network connectivity, and user interface

optimization for seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardware installation,

software configuration, and network troubleshooting. Duties will include lifting and moving tools and

equipment, assisting with receiving and shipping inventory, and standup and QC work for new inventory.

In addition, a candidate will find success in this position if they thrive in a fast-paced environment and

can successfully juggle multiple, complex projects. Flexibility is a must as our culture drives

collaboration and values an enthusiastic “can do” attitude and creative thinking.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Installation & Setup: Physically install and position interactive kiosks in the warehouse.

Software Configuration: Load, configure, and test kiosk software applications, ensuring proper

functionality.

Networking: Connect kiosks to the warehouse network (Wi-Fi/LAN) and configure settings for

seamless integration.

Testing & Validation: Perform system diagnostics, test interactive features, and ensure optimal

performance.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues that arise

during commissioning.

Maintenance & Documentation: Maintain logs of installations, issues, and resolutions for future

reference.

Safety Compliance: Follow warehouse safety protocols while handling electrical equipment and

installations.

ABOUT YOU

Tenacity to drive projects forward by creatively solving problems, bringing resources to bear,

working through or around obstacles, and engaging key internal and external personnel. Self-

driven and does not need to be told what to do.

Conceives of and applies creative solutions to problems that block success. Focuses on

solutions rather than problems.

Stays on top of details and remains organized to ensure that the installation process goes

smoothly.

Communicates well to make sure people have the right information to move projects forward,

and lets stakeholders know when they need to act to head off problems.

Highly organized with strong communication skills. Able to juggle multiple projects, priorities,

and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, especially in troubleshooting.

Flexible and versatile to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced “start-up” environment.

2 or 4-year degree is positive but is not required.

Minimum of 1-year professional experience in related field is preferred.

Ability to travel throughout the country as projects demand.

Comfort and experience in trade work preferred.

Familiarity with basic hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, sockets, pliers, drills, etc.
