We're hiring Warehouse Selectors for our distribution center in Hickory, NC.
Enjoy a starting pay of $21.45/hr, with top pay up to $24.75/hr after meeting production goals, plus a $2/hr shift premium for freezer work. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Schedules vary, including early mornings, nights, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities involve operating pallet jacks, labeling, palletizing, and safely selecting products in different temperature zones, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of relevant experience, be 18 or older, pass pre-employment screenings, and be able to lift 1-100 lbs. They should be flexible to work holidays and weekends.
On average, selectors lift 20,000-40,000 lbs per shift. Management may adjust duties and schedules as needed. This is a drug-free workplace.
