The right Warehouse Replenishment Team Member will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator.The Warehouse Replenishment Team Member performs functions directly related to maintaining appropriate stock levels in the warehouse in accordance with safety guidelines and Dollywood procedures. This Host will also provide operational support and facility upkeep while providing excellent customer service to guests.Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.Summary of Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:Hosts must ensure all available inventory is fully stocked is maintained in an organized manner on a daily basis, communicating shortages to warehouse leadership as appropriateMatches sales orders/transfer document with orders, verify counts and communicate discrepanciesMust be able to safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pickers, etc.; appropriate training will be providedMaintains a high degree of attention to detail and concentration to sustain an ordinary routine with minimal supervisionHosts must follow all policy and procedures relating to Inventory Control including, but not limited to receiving, price ticketing, processing paperwork, inventory audits, product transfers and ordersRepresents the Dollywood Company in a friendly and professional manner to guests, vendors, suppliers and fellow hostsSupports all teammates with words, behavior and actions that are in alignment to attain locations budgeted profit and maintain a positive work environmentSupports Warehouse delivery team with pickups and deliveries, as neededSupports merchandise and games locations within Dollywood properties to transport inventory, replenish and set up, as neededFollows all Merchandise Operational Policies and Procedures effectively and adheres to all Merchandise Safety Guidelines.
