Summary
Responsible for receiving all company purchase orders (PO’s) and customer work orders. Understand and assist as needed in performing the shipping requirements such as packaging, storage, transfer & delivery of aircraft parts and materials. This position will operate all company vehicles and pickup/deliver parts and supplies to support the company and customer needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
· Load, unload, and move all incoming and outgoing material as required.
· Ensure the customers’ requirements and expectations are achieved.
· Complete internal training for QA receiving rights per FAA 145 guidelines to receive regulated parts and maintain this qualification.
o QA receiving regulation knowledge and understanding the detailed regulatory requirements (FAA Part 145, Part 43, STC, EASA 145, PMA).
· Complete various clean-up and housekeeping needs of warehouse as directed.
· Verify, examine and audit parts and records (certifications, packing slips and work orders) match and are correct prior to leaving the facility.
· Monitor, store, and communicate warehouse materials and supply needs to maintain inventory.
· Process all work requirements accurately and in a timely manner.
· Drives company vehicles, including a combination truck/trailer, to transport items to and from Customers and/or Vendors.
· Have and maintain valid driver's license and clean driving record.
· Operation of company forklift.
· Maintain a clean and orderly environment.
· Other Duties as assigned.
Team Support and Leadership
· Communicate effectively with other company personnel to provide updates on work progress and promptly report any difficulties or issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while promoting and encouraging adherence to housekeeping standards, safety procedures, and company protocols.
Safety and Compliance
· Follow all Federal Aviation Authority, State, and Company policies.
· Follow safety procedures and guidelines, including proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company.
· Follow company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Knowledge - Skills & Abilities Required:
· Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Data entry, with some basic Excel knowledge
· Strong organizational skills, strict attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize as necessary.
· Highly motivated self-starters must possess well-developed ability to exercise initiative in the absence of clear direction.
· Experience in aircraft maintenance and/or warehousing and logistic functions.
· Shipping and receiving experience with moderate understanding of regulatory requirements (FAA Part 145, Part 43, STC, EASA 145, PMA).
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education and/or Experience
· High school completion or equivalent.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
· Valid driver’s License with clean driving record.
· Authorized Driver within company’s program.
· Active Forklift certificate via company’s training program.
· QA Receiving Authorization on company’s Roster.
Physical Demands
· Fast moving, high stressed timeline with Quality of work being paramount.
· Able to lift 50lbs consistently through work-shift.
· Frequently sitting, standing and walking.
· Driving Required.
Work Environment:
· Typical warehouse environment.
· High pressure work environment with detailed processes and procedure requirements.
· Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, loud noise levels and weather conditions.
