Are you precise with receipts, fast on a reach truck, and serious about safety?

If you love balancing speed with accuracy, this role puts you at the center of inbound operations. You will verify small parts and equipment against purchase orders, capture scan details, and store everything in the right place—keeping inventory and financial records aligned.

Your impact

By confirming quantities and part accuracy at receipt and placing items into their primary locations, you help maintain inventory integrity and support financial requirements tied to purchasing and stock levels.

What you will tackle

  • Unload inbound materials using a stand-up reach truck or order picker and stage for checks.
  • Inspect for damage and record/report any discrepancies immediately.
  • Create inbound marker scan detail to launch the receiving workflow in the ERP.
  • Move materials to temporary storage via reach truck pending audit and verification.
  • Scan and visually validate correct product and counts; escalate variances.
  • Stock items into assigned primary locations swiftly and accurately.
  • Continuously monitor and correct labels, locations, and data as items go into stock.

Quality and safety first

  • Apply work instructions for labeling, packaging, securing, and storing product.
  • Choose proper pallets and cartons to ensure safe, stable loads.
  • Perform startup safety checks on equipment at the start of every shift.
  • Repack and clean as needed; keep areas organized to standard.
  • Keep inventory visually clear and easy to read, count, and store safely.

What you bring

  • Working knowledge of ERP processes for receiving/putaway.
  • Comfort with tablets and scanning equipment.
  • Forklift certification: stand-up reach, cherry/order picker, and sit-down.
  • 1–2 years in a warehouse environment with stand-up reach experience.
  • Ability to lift frequently up to 50 lbs (occasionally 75 lbs), push/pull, and stand for long periods.
