Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems.
• Locate products in the warehouse, ensuring correct item, quantity, and condition.
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged items.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (forklift certification required).
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by warehouse leadership.
• Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Basic computer or scanner skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferences

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience.
