Warehouse & Parts Manager - Full-Time \| On-Site \| Salem, MA About the Role Hendrick Manufacturing Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse & Parts Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, and parts room operations at our Salem, MA facility. In this role, you will manage the flow of inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate parts inventory, and perform quality control inspections on machinery prior to shipment. You will work closely with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities ?Manage all inbound and outbound shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness ?Oversee parts room operations including organization, storage, and retrieval of components and finished goods ?Perform quality control inspections on machinery and equipment prior to shipment, verifying against specs and customer requirements ?Document and report any QC findings, defects, or discrepancies to the production and engineering teams ?Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/MRP systems; perform cycle counts and annual physical inventories ?Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely replenishment of parts and materials ?Ensure all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and documented in compliance with carrier and customer requirements ?Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and company policies in the warehouse ?Collaborate with production and customer service teams to prioritize and fulfill orders efficiently Required Qualifications ?Experience performing quality control inspections on mechanical equipment or machinery ?Proficiency with ERP/MRP or inventory management systems ?Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail ?Ability to read packing lists, bills of lading, purchase orders, and basic technical documentation ?High school diploma or GED required Preferred Qualifications ?Experience in a manufacturing or industrial parts environment ?Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment ?Background in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing assembly Work Environment & Physical Requirements ?Warehouse and parts room environment ? exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures ?Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand or walk for extended periods ?Forklift and pallet jack operation required ?Full-time position Compensation & Benefits ?Competitive salary commensurate with experience ?Health and dental insurance ?401(k) with company match ?Paid time off and company holidays ?Professional development and leadership training opportunities
