Join our dynamic team in Elgin, IL, as a Warehouse Packer! We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work. As a Warehouse Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately packed at the end of manufacturing line. If you enjoy working 12-hr shifts only 3 or 4 days a week, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Shift Schedule
- 6:00am to 6:00pm (paid lunches)
- 6:00pm to 6:00am (paid lunches)
- 2-2-3 Schedule (work 2-days; off 2-days; work 3-days)
Responsibilities
- Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing goals.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Work diligently and independently.
- Men & Women are welcome to apply.
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
