Reports to: Parts Counter Manager and General Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
Upholds the Core Values as determined by the management team at Honey Creek Cowan ACE Hardware in Conyers. Primary responsibility for all positions is to make sure customers have a positive experience. The Outside Lawn and Garden Loader will be responsible for assisting of loading all items purchased in customers vehicle, assuring promptness and accuracy and communicating with Parts Counter and Cashiers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Able to work weekends
* Loading, assembly of grills, wheelbarrows and other inventory items
* Cleanup & reorganize warehouse, clean restrooms & kitchen
* Must be 16 or older and no lifting restrictions and able to stand for long periods
* Basic math skills, computer skills and great communication skills
* Test to become Propane Certified in order to fill customers propane tanks
* Knowledge of hardware tools
* Experience with general home and yard tools.
Shifts end no later than 7:30pm. Will work some weekdays and Saturday or Sunday. Mostly outside work
