Shift & Pay

• 1st Shift– Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST

• Operate an electric pallet jack to zoom around and pick orders accurately
• Manually count and organize items—attention to detail is everything!
• Follow pick sheets (paper-based—no RF scanners here) to grab the right SKUs
• Pack and prep orders with care, making sure everything’s perfect
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for action
• Write legible labels and records by hand (great handwriting required!)

• Transferable warehouse, picking, or physical labor experience
• Strong attention to detail, good math skills, and super-accurate SKU counting
• Excellent handwriting (no sloppy notes!)
• Ready for a physical workout—lifting boxes all day
• Great attitude and culture fit—first day is walking the floor to learn the layout
• Must interview well and show you’re a team player
