What You’ll Do

You’ll lead day-to-day final mile delivery and assembly operations, ensuring smooth execution, strong service, and efficient performance. This includes:

• Driving station performance (KPIs, cost control, service levels)
• Managing carrier relationships and service agreements
• Recruiting and partnering with independent drivers
• Improving warehouse operations (scanning, load-out, returns)
• Coaching and developing your team
• Supporting key accounts and building client relationships

What You Bring

• 1–3 years leading operations teams
• Experience in logistics, final mile, or 3PL environments
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
• Ownership mindset and focus on continuous improvement

Nice to have: P&L experience, freight forwarding background, or a logistics degree

Pay & Perks

$67,000 – $85,000 base salary (depending on experience)
