About the role

We’re looking for a seasoned warehouse leader to keep the LAX APM supply chain moving. You’ll supervise people and processes, uphold a rigorous EHS culture, and align material flows with operational timelines.

You will

  • Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution for materials, equipment, tools, and spare parts.
  • Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental standards to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP/MRP data integrity using disciplined counting and control procedures.
  • Manage internal/subcontracted flows, supplier schedules, and repair/return pipelines to meet project milestones.
  • Plan workloads, set priorities, train the team, and support employee development.
  • Advance Lean and QCDE improvements across warehousing, packaging, and logistics.
  • Report supply chain KPIs, support audits, and engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Supervise tooling control, calibration/repairs, and site fleet inspections, maintenance, and documentation.

What you’ll bring

  • Associate Degree and/or equivalent warehouse supervision experience.
  • 5+ years in warehouse leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Expertise in warehouse operations and logistics flows.
  • ERP proficiency—MAXIMO experience preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven leadership, accountability, and team-building capability.
  • Risk identification with proactive issue resolution.
  • High comfort level in fast-paced operations.

Schedule & compensation

Hours: Full-time; open to any shifts, including some weekends and holidays.

Pay: $33.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience.
