Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lead Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and distribution operations within a pharmaceutical distribution environment. This role is designed for a high-performing individual who demonstrates leadership potential.
The ideal candidate will help oversee warehouse workflows, maintain regulatory compliance, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and support shipping operations involving pharmaceutical products, including temperature-sensitive and regulated inventory.
This position offers structured training and advancement opportunities into warehouse and shipping management.

Qualifications
3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required
Pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or regulated distribution experience preferred
Previous lead, supervisor, or team lead experience strongly preferred
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning systems
Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
I.T. Literate. Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word)
Reliable attendance and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Bilingual (Spanish & English)
