Your impact
- Own the flow of finished signage and products—from requisition to delivery
- Guard accuracy by inspecting incoming items against inventory and customer GTRs
- Keep inventory reliable through tagging, storage, documentation, and cycle counts
- Maintain a safe, clean finished goods environment and support teammates across the warehouse
What you’ll do
- Work from requisitions to pull and deliver finished signage/products
- Receive, inspect, verify, tag, and store finished goods; report shortages, damage, or incorrect items
- Complete administrative/electronic functions for materials received and issued; maintain records, files, and data
- Verify print image aligns with stock size
- Prepare inventory and execute cycle counting, including any SKU with <10 units (down to the last sign)
- Operate compactors, bailing machines, other machinery, and hand tools; remove trash; keep staging and warehouse areas clean
- Pull IMS orders; confirm part numbers, promotions, and quantities
- Send Box approval and IMS shortage emails
- Pull GTRs and process debits promptly
- Handle customer-supplied signage: pull and relocate remaining items to the customer’s designated finished goods area
- Put away new inventory and overage in a timely manner
- Pull re-ship orders accurately and on time
- Tag and rack overage in the designated location per customer
- Respond to special requests from Account Managers
- Monitor Asset Manager for customer requests and actions
- Investigate missing signage from overage and resolve issues
- Add new signage to inventory when overage is purchased by the customer
