Position Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities and appearance of
warehouse and yard locations in support of each regional office or geographical
location, and directly supervise Warehouse Leads or Supervisors. The Warehouse
Manager will also be responsible for systems and information accuracy, forecasting
equipment use and storage requirements and manage warehouse locations so that
waste and loss is minimized.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

coaching & development of various levels of warehouse staff; and determining
staffing needs.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
This is very physical, hands-on work. A Warehouse Manager must be able to perform
General Physical Activities - activities that require considerable use of arms and legs
and move your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping,
and handling or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Must have the ability to
work off the ground at varying heights and not be affected by moving machinery or
parts. Work may vary between indoor, climate-controlled, normal warehouse
environments that may include low-lit areas and non-temperature-controlled
environments. May work outdoors in all types of weather, and over uneven ground or
terrain. The Warehouse Manager may also sit or stand for long durations and will use
keyboard/mouse or other standard office equipment, and will frequently use the
senses involving sight, sound, and manual dexterity.
