Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and implement scalable systems and processes to support operational growth and transition the warehouse from a reactive to a structured, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team development experience within a warehouse, distribution, or operations environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through periods of operational growth and change management.
  • Strong process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, accountability, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and leveraging performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to operate primarily as a strategic leader while remaining willing to support operations hands-on when necessary.
  • Track record of building scalable warehouse processes and transitioning reactive environments into structured, efficient operations.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
