Schedule:Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary:$55,000 – $65,000 per year
Craft Xpress is a growing company shipping premium beverages directly to customers (DTC). We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure accurate, efficient high-volume order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead, schedule, and assign tasks to warehouse staff
- Ensure timely and accurate high- high volume order processing
- Monitor inventory, perform cycle counts, and maintain accuracy using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Analyze workflows and implement efficiency improvements
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Operate and oversee forklift use as needed
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
Requirements (Must Have):
- 5+ years of warehouse experience (required)
- Warehouse management or supervisory experience

- Computer savvy with hands‑on WMS experience
- Forklift experience required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment
