Warehouse Manager
Job Description
As a member of the Apollo Electrical Services Inc team, you will perform various tasks to maintain the day-to-day operations of a warehouse while ensuring our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements. CDL preferred not required.
Position expectations
- Supporting all aspects of company directives and warehouse team
- Movement of goods in the warehouse to maximize efficiency
- Maintenance of company vehicle fleet
- Movement of company equipment between jobsites
- Collecting stored products to fulfil jobsite orders
- Consolidating/preparing products for delivery to jobsites
- Transporting goods as needed

Desired Skills & Experience
Job Specifics
- Receive and unload/unpackage merchandise
- Transport merchandise within the warehouse
- Package merchandise to fulfil jobsite orders
- Log incoming/outgoing inventory as required
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Organize the stockroom to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency
- Assist in coordination of products entering/leaving warehouse
- Maintain all company standards/procedures
- 5+ years of Warehouse Management required
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of safety & distribution components
- Knowledge of commercial electrical industry
- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products
- Excellent communication skills – clear and precise
Requirements
- Valid driver's license in good-standing
- Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical
- Proven track record of detailed work
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures & legal regulations/guidelines
- Demonstrated excellent critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel to various work sites; clean driving record
- Must speak/read/write English - Spanish a plus
Preferred
- Inventory experience
- 2 plus years' experience in the electrical industry
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- May require travel.
- Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
Must be on call to address delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other issues at the jobsite.
