• Leadership:<\/b> Provide strong leadership and guidance to the warehouse team, ensuring a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and motivating staff to achieve operational goals.<\/span>

• Planning: <\/b>Develop and implement effective warehouse strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize the use of space and resources and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  <\/li>
• Budgeting: <\/b>Manage the warehouse budget effectively, including cost control, budget planning, and forecasting to maximize cost -efficiency while maintaining service quality.
  <\/li>
• Inventory Management: <\/b>Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient stock handling, minimizing loss, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
  <\/li>
• Risk Management:<\/b> Identify potential risks within the warehouse operations and implement proactive measures to mitigate those risks, such as safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  <\/li>
• Resource Management: <\/b>Efficiently allocate and manage warehouse resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology, to meet operational targets.
  <\/li>
• Quality Control: <\/b>Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and condition of all products and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  <\/li>
• Customer Service:<\/b> Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt order fulfillment and timely delivery, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  <\/li>
• Performance Metrics:<\/b> Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations, making data -driven decisions to improve processes.

  Qualifications:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Must Have <\/b>
    <\/li>
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
      <\/li>
    • Valid Driver’s License and the ability to operate a forklift effectively.
      <\/li>
    • Strong risk management and safety awareness.
      <\/li>
    • Proficient with warehouse management systems and technology.
      <\/li>
    • Proficient computer skills.
      <\/li>
    • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
      <\/li>
    • Available work hours  : Monday -Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Available to work extended hours on need basis (Including on -call and weekends)<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
