Company Overview
We are seeking a warehouse manager/supervisor that will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a warehouse, including overseeing staff, managing inventory and shipments, and maintaining safety protocols. Key duties involve supervising and training employees, ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse layout for efficiency, coordinating with other departments, and enforcing company policies and safety regulations.
Staff and operations management
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, assigning workloads and coaching employees for efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including meeting shipment schedules and coordinating daily activities.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve productivity, accuracy.
Inventory and shipping/receiving
- Oversee all receiving and shipping processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products.
- Ensure that shipments match packing lists before dispatching orders.
- Manage the placement and storage of products within the warehouse.
Safety and compliance
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure warehouse efficiency and safety.
- Enforce company policies and all safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and other regulations.
Efficiency and improvement
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and KPIs.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as shop repair and procurement, to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and machinery.

Experience:
- Warehouse management: 5 years (Preferred)
