Join a leading distribution company as a Night Shift Warehouse Manager overseeing a 1.3 million sq-ft facility in Connecticut.

  • Manage daily inbound operations: receiving, stocking, transfers, and inventory maintenance.
  • Lead and develop a team to ensure excellent customer service, accuracy, safety, and performance.
  • Ensure high standards in operations and team motivation.

  • Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 7+ years management experience in large distribution centers, strong problem-solving skills, WMS experience, and willingness to travel.

    Compensation & Benefits: $125,000-$180,000/year, $5,000 new hire bonus, complete health coverage, 401(k), bonuses, paid time off, tuition assistance, modern facilities, and fitness center.

    Work hours: Sunday-Thursday, 8:30 PM - 6 AM.
