A fast-paced manufacturing environment is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who leads from the floor, drives accountability, and ensures materials and inventory flow seamlessly to support production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full inbound and outbound shipping operations
• Manage inventory levels for film, consumables, and warehouse supplies
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse team members
• Ensure forklift operations and equipment upkeep are properly maintained
• Maintain OSHA compliance and a strong safety-first culture
• Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to prevent delays
• Improve workflow efficiency and enforce operational standards

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong inventory management and WMS system experience
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
