EFC International is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring safe and efficient processes, and developing a strong, high-performing team. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential. Experience in the construction or fastener industries is a plus.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, returns, transfers, and inventory management.
- Step in to competently perform any warehouse role when needed.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, providing the tools and coaching needed for success.
- Establish and track performance metrics, holding staff accountable to safety, productivity, and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation of staff performance, training, and certifications.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in shipping, receiving, and stocking while minimizing errors and costs.
- Oversee order processing for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, coordinating repairs as needed.
- Enforce and track cycle counting schedules.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and supply stock levels in partnership with building management and Operations.
- Provide and document forklift certifications and training for all warehouse staff.
- Work closely with Quality and Purchasing teams to process RMAs/returns.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 6 months–1 year of relevant warehouse leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Epicor P21, online shipping tools, and standard warehouse technology.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced environment.
