Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Manager in Grandview, MO, where you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, and shipping. 
This full-time role involves leading a team and utilizing advanced inventory management systems to ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
Manage receiving and inspection of materials, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Oversee shipping operations, ensuring on-time delivery and handling of dangerous goods.
Maintain quality standards and manage audits and compliance within the warehouse.
Lead and develop the warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Ensure facility safety and maintenance, including equipment and operational protocols.

Qualifications
5 years of warehouse leadership experience in a regulated parts environment.
Experience with aviation quality standards such as ASA-100, AS9120, or ISO 9001.
Knowledge of aviation trace requirements and documentation.
Hands-on experience with ERP-driven warehouse management systems.
Strong communication skills for collaboration with various departments.
