Role Overview:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, logistics coordination, and team leadership. This role manages approximately 15 direct reports and plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and workflow organization within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or other regulated manufacturing environments, with the ability to lead warehouse operations and drive accountability, process improvement, and continuous operational performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment required; backgrounds in cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or GMP-regulated industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving activities.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems, inventory tracking, and warehouse reporting.
  • Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventorypractices and inventory accuracy management.
  • Experience in monitoring and improving operational KPIs.
  • Strong leadership experience managing warehouse teams and driving accountability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse operations: Manage daily warehouse activities, including inventory, logistics, shipping, and receiving operations.
  • Manage inventory accuracy: Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO practices and operational standards.
  • Lead warehouse personnel: Supervise approximately 15 direct reports, supporting performance, accountability, and team development.
  • Coordinate logistics activities: Support inbound and outbound operations while maintaining efficient product flow.
  • Drive operational efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement and warehouse optimization.
  • Monitor KPIs: Track operational metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance standards: Ensure warehouse activities align with company procedures and regulated manufacturing requirements.
  • Support cross-functional operations: Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to support business needs.
  • Utilize warehouse systems: Maintain accurate records and reporting within ERP/WMS platforms.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
