Pay Rate: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule: Flexible hours needed between 7 AM & 7 PM | Monday - Saturday

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, including direct management of staff, is required.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and surveillance skills.
• Ability to proactively demonstrate sound judgement and safety management practices.
• Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently under pressure.
• Flexible, dependable, able to follow directions, and possess a positive attitude.
• Desire to provide exceptional customer service internally and externally.
• Work effectively as a team member in a time-sensitive environment.

Job Duties

• Direct department managers and supervisors in the performance of the day-to-day operations.
• Delegate responsibilities between departments to achieve optimal operating results and continuous improvement.
• Strives for cost-per-line improvements in all operations with a focus on productivity gains and error reduction.
• Monitor warehouse performance towards corporate goals. Analyzes results and initiates appropriate action to achieve goals.
• Maintain operations reporting to include creating Excel spreadsheets, production reports, and WMS reporting.
• Manage projects to ensure goals and timelines are met.
• Assist the GM in all management/ administrative functions.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Manager you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, support productivity goals, maintain workplace safety standards, and help ensure efficient movement of products throughout the facility. You will collaborate with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to improve performance, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

A Warehouse Manager supports warehouse success through effective leadership, operational planning, and inventory management. This role requires strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple warehouse activities.
