Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a proven, results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation and support our continued growth.

In this role, you'll drive profitability through smart inventory strategies while leading daily warehouse operations including storage, logistics, and team performance. You'll keep operations running smoothly by optimizing processes, managing staff, and ensuring safety and efficiency every step of the way.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own the Inventory: Keep stock dialed in, lead counts, and fix issues fast.
  • Keep Parts Moving: Drive fast, accurate shipping & receiving-no delays.
  • Lead From the Front: Build, coach, and energize a winning team.
  • Champion Safety: Set the standard for safe, compliant operations.
  • Power the Process: Use WMS/ERP to stay sharp and efficient.
  • Win on Results: Crush KPIs, boost speed, and cut costs.

Employee Prerequisites:

  • Warehouse Experience: 3-5+ years (automotive a big plus)
  • Parts Knowledge: Understand inventory, accessories & supply chain flow
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communicator who solves problems and drives team success
  • Organized & Driven: Keeps operations tight, efficient, and on track
  • Collaborative Mindset: Works seamlessly with sales and service teams
