Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Within 10 km of O‘Hare Airport, Chicago, IL (remote initially, then on-site)
Job Type: Full-time, W2
Salary Range: 66,000–95,000 per year

Summary:
Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counts), optimize processes, manage WMS, control costs, and lead the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise full warehouse workflow for efficiency and accuracy
• Create shift schedules based on volume; optimize slotting
• Establish SOPs and resolve on-site issues
• Manage WMS/ERP inventory data
• Partner with finance on cost control and analysis
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff

Requirements:
• 3+ years warehouse management experience, including 1+ year in cross-border or large-scale warehousing
• Proficient in WMS and advanced Excel (turnover analysis, aging inventory)
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Familiarity with U.S. customs and local logistics compliance preferred
• Forklift certified preferred
• Willing to work on-site near O‘Hare after initial period
