Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership & Roadmap: • Own the SAP WM product roadmap, aligning warehouse and manufacturing capabilities with Chobanis broader SAP S4HANA and Supply Chain strategy. • Partner with warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and future-state requirements. • Translate business needs into prioritized backlog items, clearly articulating business value, dependencies, and outcomes. • Balance run, grow, and transform work across production, support, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

  • Functional Leadership & Solution Design: • Act as the functional lead for SAP WM, providing deep expertise in inbound, outbound inventory management, material movements, and warehouse execution processes. • Design, configure, and prototype SAP WM solutions in non-production environments to validate requirements and demonstrate capabilities to end users. • Lead functional solutioning across WM process areas, including integration with MM, PP, QM, SD, and Finance. • Partner with SAP Functional Analysts, Developers, Basis, and Integration teams to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards. • Lead functional design for SAP WM integration with Warehouse Control Systems, ASRS conveyors, sortation systems, and LGVAGV solutions. • Partner with internal engineering teams and external automation vendors to define interface requirements, message flows, error handling, and operational monitoring models. • Design, configure, and prototype SAP WM solutions in non-production environments, including automation-integrated scenarios, to validate requirements and demonstrate functionality to end users and operations leadership. • Ensure WM solutions are designed for scalability, resiliency, and operational continuity in highly automated environments.

  • Delivery & Execution: • Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and value realization models for WM initiatives. • Scope work efforts, including t-shirt sizing, time-to-deliver estimates, resource requirements, and dependency identification. • Support initiative execution across the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare. • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test scenario development and execution.

  • Production Support & Continuous Improvement: • Provide functional production support for SAP WM, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution. • Partner with support teams to ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity across warehouse operations. • Identify continuous improvement opportunities through analysis of operational metrics, user feedback, and system performance. • Ensure approved prototype solutions are properly transitioned to production following Chobani change and release processes.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Change Management: • Serve as a trusted partner to warehouse and manufacturing leadership, communicating roadmap status, delivery progress, and system impacts. • Support organizational change management by preparing users for new or enhanced WM capabilities through demos, training, and documentation. • Clearly communicate technical and functional concepts to non-technical audiences.

Minimum Qualifications
