• Lead daily operations and logistics across multiple departments to ensure alignment with company goals and client needs
• Develop and implement SOPs and KPIs to drive operational efficiency and improve service delivery
• Lead major operational projects and system implementations

Team Leadership

• Supervise, mentor, and support cross-functional teams
• Manage performance and foster accountability across staff

Vendor & Financial Management

• Oversee relationships with key vendors and carriers, negotiate rates, and resolve operational issues
• Manage the logistics budget
• Report operational performance and project updates to senior management

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations across multiple departments
• Proven track record leading and developing cross-functional teams
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
• Experience developing SOPs, KPIs, and operational reporting
