In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight while helping maintain efficient warehouse operations. Success in this position requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and productivity.
Loading
Transfer cartons from conveyor lines into trailers by hand.
Use handheld scanning devices to verify freight.
Move rolling carts and cages throughout the warehouse.
Build organized trailer loads to maximize space and protect shipments.
Unloading
Remove freight from inbound trailers and place it onto conveyor lines.
Scan and sort shipments into designated containers.
Maintain a consistent work pace while following all safety procedures.
Performance-based compensation determined by trailers and cases processed.
Typical earnings range from $16.00–$25.00 per hour.
High-performing employees may earn $25.00–$35.00 per hour.
Increased productivity offers greater earning potential.
Friday through Sunday
7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Three 12-hour shifts each week.
Additional weekday hours may be available based on business demands.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
Ability to repeatedly lift and move items weighing 5–50 pounds.
Comfortable performing continuous physical work during extended shifts.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
