WAREHOUSE LINE LEAD

The purpose of this job is to efficiently supervise employees who package grass seed products on production lines and effectively utilize automated equipment, fulfilling Pratum's mission is to be an agricultural cooperative dedicated to innovative solutions, excellent service, and long-term relationships.

The following are specific tasks and responsibilities related to this position, but the position may require other duties and special projects as assigned.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assemble daily orders
• Ensure bagging lines are set up properly for product packaging as directed
• Make sure packages are weighed and labelled correctly
• Inspect packages for damage and make corrections to the line as needed
• Keep daily records as directed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Learn efficient operation principles for all equipment
• Train and coach employees on proper procedures related to the above
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all equipment
• Identify safety hazards

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Knowledge and experience with equipment operation
• Maintenance experience
• Ability to lead a team
