Rock Hill, SC

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Monday - Friday | Start Time Between 6:00 PM & 10:00 PM | Must be flexible to work until work is complete | 25 - 35 hours per week

Lead the Crew With These Skills:

• Previous lead experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to collaborate within the team and with other departments.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to meet and exceed production and quality goals demonstrates commitment and proficiency in delivering results.

Responsibilities:

• Train new temporary employees through on-the-job training
• Assist with shift start-ups and check-in processes
• Support coworkers with questions about production work
• Escalate challenges to the customer's management team as needed
• Ensure work is performed accurately
• Promote safety compliance and help new employees receive PPEs
• Understand production requirements and quotas
• Provide effective communication and follow-up to the customer's management team
• May provide training support for on-the-job training
