Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Hours: 6:45pm-7am
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for leading warehouse operations including order picking, truck loading, inventory management, and forklift operations within a customs bonded warehouse environment. In this role, you will oversee inbound and outbound inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, shipment verification, and quality control of outgoing products. You would also coordinate outbound appointments, supporting loading and staging crews, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state labeling requirements prior to shipment. This position will manage customs bonded warehouse entries, withdrawals, and inventory while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

These benefits may vary depending on location and work type. Learn more about how we support our employees here. The hourly range for this role is $23.30 - $25.88 (not including the $2 shift diff). Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
