Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a productive, organized, and safe work environment. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse leadership experience and is familiar with operations in the McDonough area.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates
Monitor receiving, shipping, and inventory control processes
Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory counts
Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies
Assist with scheduling and workflow planning
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Warehouse Lead or similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
Experience with inventory systems and RF scanners preferred
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
