Seeking a proactive Warehouse Lead based in Huntsville, AL to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
How you will contribute:
- Ensure efficient department operations, documentation, and adherence to procedures.
- Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, employee timecards, and productivity.
- Support and back up supervisors during their absence and liaise with operational departments for smooth workflow.
- Lead, set expectations, and model leadership to the warehouse team.
- Work scheduled hours flexibly to meet production goals and KPIs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your key qualifications include a HS Diploma/GED, lead experience, logistics or manufacturing background, and forklift experience.
