Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

You'll be the one owning the daily hustle. Do you have what it takes?

• High school diploma or GED required; college a plus
• 2+ years of warehouse management preferred
• Familiar with safety, inventory, and warehouse systems
• Comfortable with WMS and basic computer tasks
• Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping daily
• Manage people, schedules, and performance
• Track accuracy, on-time shipments, and workflow
• Train and motivate staff to succeed
• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure productivity targets are metSupervise and support warehouse associates, assign tasks, and provide training on safety procedures and equipment usage
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed to move inventory safely and efficiently
• Enter, update, and track inventory data in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other computer programs
• Generate and review shipping/receiving documents, labels, and reports using computer systems to ensure accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and input adjustments into the system while maintaining organization and accuracy
