What You'll Do (Starting Out)
- Pick products accurately from the shelves
- Pack orders cleanly and efficiently for shipment
- Receive and check in product directly from vendors
- Operate a forklift and pallet jacks safely for heavy lifting and materials handling
- Process and manage roughly 200 orders per day on your own through our in-house CRM system
- Keep the warehouse organized, stocked, and safe
- This is an on-your-feet role, not a desk job — but you'll use our own CRM to stay on top of orders, so you need to be organized and sharp, not just strong.
How the Role Grows
- Once daily volume consistently pushes past 200 orders, you'll hire and train an assistant to help you keep up and grow.
- As you bring that person up to speed, you'll shift into more of a managing role — they take on the bulk of the picking and packing while you direct, support, and oversee.
- As volume climbs to more than 200 orders per day, you'll hire additional team member.
- At full scale, you become a floating lead: overseeing the whole process end to end, training the team, troubleshooting, and keeping fulfillment running smoothly.
- You'll have done every job in the building yourself, which is exactly what makes a strong lead.
Requirements
- Forklift certification required — or willingness to become certified (we can help arrange this)
- Experience operating pallet jacks
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Proactive, self-directed, and organized — able to run ~200 orders a day solo without being managed
- Quick to learn our in-house CRM / order system
- Reliable, strong work ethic, and shows up ready to work
- Genuine interest in growing into a leadership/management role and building a team
We're looking for a driven, high-energy person to grow with us into a Warehouse Lead role. This is a ground-floor opportunity: you'll start by doing the work yourself — picking, packing, and receiving — and as our order volume grows, you'll build and lead the team beneath you. Early on, the job is active, physical, and hands-on, with everything running through you.
