What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Lead:- Lead and support a crew of 4–5 employees during railcar unloading operations
- Inspect railcars for damage, defects, and safety concerns
- Load and unload freight while following company procedures and safety regulations
- Connect and disconnect railcars, including couplers, air hoses, and hand brakes
- Assist with railcar movement and switching operations as needed
- Conduct safety inspections and report maintenance or repair concerns
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Lead Role:- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (1+ year)
- Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred (1+ year)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to safety and operational procedures
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
