Iron Mountain is seeking a high-performing Warehouse Lead/Driver to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks for a team of associates to ensure the seamless movement of customer items.
Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations while coordinating tasks for teams of 2-3 associates to meet daily targets.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to scan and organize items using our mobile app, performing frequent quality audits to ensure strict process compliance.
Lead and promote all safety standards of conduct, including the safe handling of heavy items and the maintenance of a secure, organized warehouse environment.
Drive and operate Clutter box trucks (up to 26 feet) between market locations to ensure the timely delivery and transfer of inventory.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience & licensing: At least 21 years of age with a valid standard driver's license and the ability to pass a required physical exam, background check, and drug screen
Professional Leadership: 3+ years of professional work experience, with at least 6 months in a dedicated team lead role.
1+ years of commercial driving experience.
Physical Capability: Requires lifting up to 50 pounds independently and assisting with team lifts for larger assets (up to 400 pounds). This role involves the frequent use of moving equipment including dollies, lifting straps and hand trucks as well as the manual disassembly of items on-site to ensure safe and efficient handling.
Technical Aptitude: Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday.
Relevant Experience: Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred.

Compensation: $22.50/hour
Overtime: Overtime pay is 1.5x hourly pay and is available pending the needs of the business.
