Location: Fulltime onsite in Clinton, PA.

Role:

The OTC Warehouse Lead will be responsible for leading fulfillment coordinators in performing daily operations including one or more of the following: receiving, inventory control, order picking and/or order packing.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively perform normal duties (pick/pack/receive/conduct cy cl e counts) in assigned area while being the go-to person for issues, questions, problem solving etc.
  • Maintain minimum labor and production standards for one's own production in assigned area.
  • Support the fulfillment supervisors in overseeing and coordinating the dail y operations in the fulfillment center and take on supervisor duties in the event of their absence.
  • Have the ability to troubleshoot and recognize the need for escalation to a supervisor for issues presented.
  • Effectively and efficiently work as a liaison between supervisors and warehouse staff.
  • Support warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner and take a “hands on” approach.
  • Quickly and accurately problem solve any issue with the order fulfillment process.
  • Train warehouse staff, including new hires.
  • Promote safety and standard operating procedures. Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and
  • safety policies and operating procedures are followed.
  • Accurately and quickly answer questions related to their area of focus (Pick/Pack/Receiving & Inventory).
  • Effectively prepare for and run the start of shift meetings in supervisor's absence.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in lead warehouse role
  • 3+ experience in warehouse
