Warehouse Lead
1st Shift 7am-4pm
$23 an hour+overtime

We are looking to hire candidates with a variety of experience including inventory, forklift operator, shipping and receiving, data entry (SAP) etc

Duties

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and workflow bottlenecks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors, logistics teams, and other departments to meet customer and business requirements.

• Qualifications

• 2–5 years of warehouse experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
