Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Lead supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating work activities, overseeing inventory flow, and providing guidance to warehouse attendants. This position serves as a working lead, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety and operational standards, while providing leadership support during peak operational periods.

Qualifications:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead and support warehouse attendants in daily operations including receiving, staging, picking, and distribution of merchandise

· Coordinate daily work assignments to ensure operational priorities are met efficiently

· Ensure accurate inventory handling and proper placement of product within assigned bin locations

· Assist with inventory counts, audits, and data entry within Aptos and other inventory systems

· Verify accuracy of inbound shipments, packing slips, and transfer documentation

· Support timely replenishment of retail locations through effective product flow and communication

· Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the warehouse

· Enforce safety practices, proper lifting techniques, and correct use of equipment (pallet jacks, ladders, etc.)

· Train and coach new and existing warehouse team members on procedures and expectations

· Communicate inventory issues, shortages, and operational needs to warehouse leadership

· Document and report damaged, expired, or missing product

· Assist with seasonal setup, breakdown, special projects, and peak inventory movements

· Serve as leadership coverage in the warehouse when supervisors or managers are unavailable

· Uphold all company policies, inventory controls, and operational procedures
