Warehouse Lead

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued based on hours worked to support your personal time.
Year 1: 40 hours
Year 2: 60 hours
Year 3+: 80 hours
Work-Life Balance: Consistent Monday through Friday schedule (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) including a 30-minute lunch break. No weekends required.

Core Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Meticulously track inventory levels and conduct quality control checks, including voltage testing on backstocked products.
- Order Fulfillment: Organize incoming customer orders and prepare internal stock data for accurate reordering.
- Logistics Coordination: Build, shrink-wrap, and secure battery pallets for shipment, while coordinating logistics and deliveries across the state of Alaska.
- Equipment Operations: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Local Delivery Management: Personally operate company vehicles to perform prompt local deliveries to commercial clients and throughout the Anchorage & Wasilla area
Candidate Qualifications
- Driving Record: Clean driving record is strictly required.
- Physical Capability: Ability to regularly lift, move, and maneuver up to 55 lbs safely.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and coordinate with freight partners.
- Professional Mindset: Strong organizational habits, a safety-first attitude, and a natural ability to lead by example.
