Shift Details:Sunday through Thursday10:00 PM – 9:00 AMFour 10-hour shifts per weekLead Responsibilities Include:Conducting roll call at the start of each shiftServing as the primary contact for call-outsCommunicating time adjustments to our teamHelping ensure team members remain on task and productiveOther Responsibilities: Assist in the set up and preparation of picking isles, packing and processing stations. This may involve the assembly and stocking of shipping supplies and ensuring all areas involved are prepared for daily shipping processes.Pick products/quantities/lot numbers accurately and efficiently from bin locations according to assigned pick jobs for customer orders.Package outbound shipments according to established procedures to ensure the accuracy of the shipment and that it arrives damage free.Accurately process orders through the EWM/ShipERP interface in accordance with established procedures.Assist in the Completion and filing the monthly Facility Maintenance Report according to established procedures,Assist in the unloading and staging of inbound receipts.Assist in the loading of outbound shipments.Work together with fellow warehouse personnel to maintain a clean and safe work environment.Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.Comply with OSHA and other appropriate standards.Continuously strive to improve processes, service quality to internal and external customers.Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and lawsTo support attendance expectations, we will again offer a $50 Sheetz gift card each week for perfect attendance.
