Warehouse Inventory Clerk – PM Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk to support evening operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between warehouse operations and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate tracking of inventory and finished goods within warehouse systems
- Process and verify transactions related to receiving, stocking, and shipping
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and exceptions
- Support order fulfillment through system updates and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers regarding order status and issues
- Utilize WMS/ERP systems to track, analyze, and report operational data
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
